Starting off as a husband and wife team, Avril and Sterling Broad have expanded the size of the business which now employs 10 members of staff operating from Oakengates and Wellington.
The main store is in Oakengates which is the hub of this thriving business and divided into three areas that deals with the general public on a day to day basis.

Repairs and Parts
Even with the best intensions in the world from time to time your trusted appliance will require a service, replacement part or consumable. The team at Power Point certainly know their stuff with the advantage of a computerised parts database to ensure you are given the right advice and part.
The highly experienced repair team work on many makes of appliances on a daily basis in their workshop or at the customers home, causing minimal disruption as possible.
In the unlikely event that a part or repair can not be satisfied at first point of contact they are able to advise the customer quickly with the network support system put in place for the benefit of the customer.
Delivery
As the company grew and Power Points popularity and reputation increased it was necessary to invest in the company vehicles and now proudly have two delivery vehicles with tail lifts.
With a dedicated team of drivers delivery of purchases or repairs is available Monday to Saturday within the TF postcodes (with the exception of TF9). There is a delivery charge and Power Point will gladly remove your existing appliance on your behalf on the understanding you relinquish ownership of the appliance
